为欧盟商会研讨会提供交替传译！

昨日晚，在皇冠假日酒店成都通译翻译公司为欧盟商会（EU Chamber of Commerce in China）组办的“成渝经济区”及“统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区”（Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and Pilot Reform Cities）讲座提供交替传译。主讲人：四川省发改委发展规划和产业政策处处长雷开平。

On April 2nd, Sichuan and Chongqing governments signed a cooperation agreement to build the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, unveiling a grand plan of Chinese government to emphasize on the development of key regions in West China. Two months later, Chengdu and Chongqing were approved to be pilot reform cities by the State Council of China, being an important part of this plan. More over, this region will be brought into the national core planning as a whole in the coming years. The Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone planned and set by National Development and Reform Commission, beside this two center cities, will encompass 14 cities of Sichuan Province and 23 counties and districts around Chongqing. There are 99.6 million residents in this area, taking up nearly 8% of the total Chinese population.

As pilot reform cities, Chengdu and Chongqing have been called by media the “New Special Zone” of China after Shenzhen, Shanghai Pudong and Tianjin Binhai. It shows that China, after 28 years of high growth rate originated from export-oriented economy, turns to focusing on expansion of domestic needs and looks for exploring a new mechanism and new mode of economic development for the coming 20 years. Chengdu and Chongqing are expected to be the area of most creativity and innovation in the next 10 years, in various fields such as economy, society, urban and rural relations, land exploitation, environmental protection and governmental functions.

Mr. Lei Kaiping, Division Chief of Development Planning and Industry Policy of Sichuan Provincial Development & Reform Commission, who has been involved in the plan since the conception, will explain the naissance history of the series of plans and also the key domains & policy orientation of the region’s development.

今年4月2日，四川省和重庆市政府签定了“成渝经济区”的合作意向书，由此揭开了中国旨在重点发展西部重点地区的宏大计划，随后推出的成渝统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区也是其中一个环节，今后成渝还将作为一个整体被纳入国家主体规划当中。这一由国家发改委统一规划的成渝经济区，以成都和重庆两大城市为中心，覆盖成都、重庆、四川14个地级市以及重庆周边23个区县，居民人数9960万，占中国人口总量近8%。

本月国务院批准成都和重庆设立全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区，被媒体称为继深圳、上海浦东以及天津滨海之后，中国的“新特区”。这意味着中国在以外向型经济支撑长达28年的高速增长之后，希望以扩大内需为出发点，探索今后20年国家经济发展动力的新机制和新模式。成都和重庆有望在今后10年中成为中国经济、社会、城乡关系、土地开发、环境保护和政府职能等多个领域最具创新的地区。
